Watch as a team of “amatuer” rocket builders launch their purpose built “Qu8k” rocket from the Black Rock Desert in Nevada.
The rocket reached a height of 22 miles (35 kms) and from the on board GoPro camera you can clearly see the curvature of the earth.
Even more impressive the rocket returned to earth and landed only a few miles from where it took off.
